So if I'm breaking any rules or guidelines vis a vis the trading forum, someone should let me know. I hardly *ever* swap stuff, and when I have, the feedback's always been good. However, this being a pretty hefty offer, I understand that there might be some hesitation. Part of the reason I'm doing this is that I want to give back a bit to the CAG community, and that's why I'm offering this deal as is.
What I have: I have two brand spanking new-in-box Turtle Beach PS3 (also work with X360) Ear Force PX5 (UPC: 731855021802) headsets which retail for a pretty solid $200 a piece (RSMP is $250, and they can be had on Amazon for $200). I also have two brand spanking new-in-box MadCatz PS3 Pro Circuit controllers (UPC: 728658030919) which retail for a pretty solid $100 a piece. Without batting an eye, I can honestly say that that's $600 (before you even throw in sales tax or whatever else) of equipment that someone would be receiving on their end. And yes, I know I could outright sell them or ebay them or whatnot for more than I'm asking for here, but I'd like to give back a bit, and make someone's (or perhaps two someones) day by saving them some cash.
What I want: simply put, I want brand spanking new-in-box Vita stuff in return, and that may very well require you to spend some of your own money. I want a brand new, never opened, still sealed Playstation Vita 3G. We'll call that $300. No, the Wi-fi only one will not do. Sorry. I also want Uncharted ($40), Gravity Rush ($35), Wipeout 2048 ($20), and Street Fighter ($30), and when it comes out, Street Fighter X Tekken ($40). And yes, I want them brand spanking new, every one of them. No re-wrapped like new stuff. I've purposely overvalued the "your" retail prices and purposely undervalued the "my" retail prices so that yes: you might not have to pay as much as I'm saying (for example: many places are offering to give a free game of Uncharted or something else with the purchase of a Vita, so there's a $40 savings right there. That's fine, so long as I receive a physical, brand new copy.)
I understand that it's a large order, but clearly, if you're looking to properly play FPSs on the PS3, this is all you'll stinking need. Better yet, since you'll be getting two sets, you could split the cost with someone else, and you'd be far better off. It's a heckuva deal, on your end, however you do it. There may be *some* wiggle room regarding the games, but there's no wiggle room on the Vita...it's the 3G version, and it's brand new, or there's no deal. If you were to buy the Vita stuff on Amazon right now, you'd pay $447 at most. The PS3 stuff would be $600, bare minimum.
This might not be ordinary, but you're going to ship first. That might not be "the way it's done", but in this case, it is. Each of us will pay the shipping for our own stuff, so I'll be paying a good deal more than you will, based on weight and size. I'm okay with that. If you happen to live near me (Detroit area), we can actually meet and swap at your convenience, so that you'll know exactly what you're getting and so will I. We'd simply arrange a time and place, and it'd be good.
I know it's been wordy, but I wanted to be specific. If there are any questions, feel free to PM me. If there's no serious interest, that's fine, too...I'll just sell them outright on eBay or Craigslist and raise the Vita money myself. Either way.
