H: Modern Warfare 2 on PS3... NEVER OPENED!!! Want: Xbox 360 version

Bought the PS3 version of MW2, but haven't opened it yet. I wanted to return it and get the 360 version, but I don't have the receipt so I can't. = (

I'd like to trade for the 360 version.

My PS3 copy is still in the factory seal, but I don't care if your 360 version is opened as long as it's in perfect condition with the original case and manual.

Alternatively, if anybody knows of any stores that will accept a return without a receipt, please let me know and maybe I could try to exchange it somewhere else, but I tried a few stores near me and they refused.
