So apparently the CE doesn't actually come with the theme, only eShop preorders do. On the bright side, the customer service rep I called agreed that the situation was misleading, and I was able to get a couple dollars credited to my eShop account to purchase a theme- but the Agnes theme isn't actually up there yet, but I'm impatient; anyone who preordered Bravely Second on the NA eShop willing to sell me your theme code? I'll pay 2.25 USD over Paypal for it.
