No, sorry I don't think those games add up to the Demon's Souls Deluxe version... at least not for me.
No it's not sealed, btw but is in EXCELLENT condition. The new strategy guide that I received from Atlus hasn't even been used because I used the original one that I had to send in the cover in order to get a replacement.
