Halo 2 second scarab gun? (could be repost)

I absolutely love all the unneeded footage that goes so fast that it makes your head hurt. I didn't know people still cared about the "scarab gun", whatever that is. I never heard anything else about it after the first week it came out. I didn't know people still played Halo 2's single player campaign, actually.

Looks cool, though. Mass destruction is always fun (in a game, of course)
