I'm planning on getting a 360 in january when I get my tax money back. I was wondering if halo 3 can be found anywhere for dirt cheap? New or used, whichever is cheaper. Thanks.

I've been looking for a low price on this myself. Right now the lowest I have seen is Amazon for $39.99. Even used is 50 @ GS.

Call all your local GameStops and ask them if they have any new Legendary Editions for sale. A few weeks ago I scored a new Legendary, minus the helmet, for $30 new (and completely unopened-not even the slit across the security tape). It came with all of the cases/discs that my original Legendary had....just no helmet. The guy I talked to was a store manager, and he'd taken the helmets home to use as Christmas gifts.
Probably sold out, but they weren't advertising and the manager I talked to seemed impressed I knew about it. Found out about it here, so there's a thread buried around here somewhere. I'm too lazy to find it myself, and Farcry 2 is calling my name. Good Luck!

some toys r us have them on clearence the legenday editions for $20 us i had to call 4 stores and got lucky some of the stores have them list at 70 -100 so gotta call each and ask spefically some stroes have 2 diffrent sku's store i went to had 4 of them 2 were 70 2 were 20 they accually have to scan em some times to tell the diffrence the deal isnt on-line
