Alright kids, it's time for a good old fashioned fanboy rant regarding Halo Legends.

For those who don't know, Halo Legends is the 7-Part Animated Feature financed by 343 Industries and created by multiple studios. They made Halo Waypoint, and are developing several Halo Universe-related items, including Lexicons, the aforementioned Anime, and whatnot.

I've thus far watched 3 chapters of the series, and in each one they seem to be doing everything completely well and canon to the universe, but then in each episode, they include something that is so blatantly inaccurate its akin to Ensemble Studios including the Flood in Halo Wars (the Flood were not discovered until Halo 1, Halo Wars takes place 25 years prior).

So, let's shoot down a list, shall we?

Episode 1: The Babysitter - At what point did all of the Forerunner structures in the series become feudal japanese buildings?

Episode 2: The Duel - Horrible artistic style aside, why is it that everytime a "female" rendition of an alien species is attempted, all they do is slap boobs, makeup, and hair on them? Also, the Elites always have "clicky mandibles" in full motion when they talk, so why are their mouths moving in a manner that a human's does here?

Why are the Hunters the size of a Phantom? I know they are a colony of worms and different sizes are possible, but at the same time, why would a whole colony of worms die from a single stab in the "neck"?

Episode 3: Dr. Catherine Halsey. Great to see her animated, absolutely great, but why is she a beautiful, young woman here standing next to the Chief when she was at least 20 when she found him as a child?

That's my rant for now, though at the current rate, I'm sure I'm going to have a "FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU" moment by Episode 6 (Episode 7 is full on parody, so it's non-canon).
