Have you tried contacting Customer Support? That sounds like an issue with either your card's number or expiration date, like TahoeMax said, but asking them what's going on is probably the best and fastest way to resolve whatever's happening.
Yeah, I had that happen to me. Turns out there was an error at my bank and somehow my card got on the "reported lost" list. Really tripped me up for a day or so, because I'd used my stored info, didn't even put anything in, so I knew it wasn't a transposed number or something.
