New to the trading scene so hopefully I followed all the correct rules (be gentle if I didn't and I'll fix the post lol)

Got a copy of Rock Band 2 for my birthday from family in Ohio but I already own it. Of course they have no receipt and no one will exchange in store.

I wanted to exchange it for a new game like Fable 2 or Saints Row 2. But since no in store exchange looks like this is my last hope.
