Heading over to casino windsor tonight

Pancake Rabbit

CAGiversary!
I'm in the mood for some gambling. So I've decided to make my first voyage to a casino. Any recomendations on what to play, heard video poker has one of the lowest house edges. I would play some hold 'em but I play with my friends every weekend.

Avoid slots, that's how they can afford the electrical bill. Personally, I enjoy craps. One hot roller, and you can walk away with a fortune.

One piece of advice, don't take any plastic, and take only what you plan to lose. Also take a watch. Time will fly, that's what the whole sensory overstimulation is about.

I've worked in the casinos for the last 2 summers (my parents have been working in them for 20), and i've seen too many unhappy people to suggest that anyone actually go.

I suppose if you're only bringing what you don't mind losing then you can't get too upset about it.

Let me send you my Paypal address and you can send me the money you were planning to bring over there.

It'll be quicker and easier that way.

 It's funny cuz it's true.

Honestly though make sure to have a set limit and only bring that much money, this way your chances of gambling more than you intended are much slimmer. Basically no matter what you play, you are more likely than not going to lose some money, so play something you'd find fun too. I recommend blackjack, you may not win much but it's fun and easy to pickup on.

No no, don't listen to these fools, go with a set amount, spend it, and have a good time.

I'll agree with blackjack being the most fun with small dollars on the mind. Though, if you do get a good table going with the right play, you can end up making a few bucks on the night.

Just plan on spending the money on the entertainment of it, and you should have some fun. If you're thinking about converting the money into more money, OP, then I'll send along my Paypal info.

Yeah, I was planning on losing I've watched enough specials on casinos on the travel channel to know that I shouldn't expect to win.

LUCK BE A LADDDDDDDYYY TONNNNNNNNIIIIIIIGHHHHTTTT

Shrike... he's going to Canada. I mean, that's like going and betting with play money. :)
It's not like he's on a bender in Vegas, or even going down to Greektown or Motor city.
He can lose 1.5 times the money and still come out even :)

Just trying to save him some gas. ;)

This is my plan for my senior trip:

1. Go to Bahamas
2. Buy a food pass
3. Get absolutely trashed on the first night
4. Go gambling at the windsor the next day
5. Bet all remaining money in an attempt to get more booze money
6. Lose everything, but still be covered on food for the next week
7. Steal drinks from friends
