item was to come the 2nd week of june and never got the item so i wrote them asking where the hell is my item

m so sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, your order has been delayed and we can no longer guarantee the timely arrival of your product. We are still working with the business to resolve any further issues, but at this point we are unable to provide a time frame for the arrival of your shipment.

no wonder why this company has been sued so many times its not funny and hopefully they get sued again.  

 
It was supposed to come the second week of June and here you are on June 9th creating a trademarked slidecage thread. Groupon is slow. They ship from the west coat and use DHL ----> USPS hybrid service. If you live on the East Coast expect at least 5-7 business days once they actually ship your games.

company even said they have no idea when they will ship it...

SAID 2 weeks from time you ordered...

ordered May 23 two weeks = JUNE 6

and like i said I even got an email from groupon says HEY WE HAVE NO CLUE WHEN WE ARE SHIPPING THE ITEM...

look at the BBB and you will see massive amounts of claims against this company for not sending items
