Help buying cheap unlocked/clean Cell phones.

My dad's wanting to switch off of Verizon. So we're looking into switching to Ting. They allow Sprint cell phones, and I'm wondering if anyone knows any sites/stores I could look at for some inexpensive unlocked phones or clean Sprint phones that you don't need a contract to get.

I've looked on CL, but I'd rather not risk it.

Boost Mobile uses Sprint. I wonder if you could use one of those on Ting. They are prepaid, so you can buy one at places like Target without a contract.

I am also looking for an unlocked Verizon smartphone so I can keep my unlimited data plan. A recent thread that must have gotten deleted had an offer for a Samsung Galaxy S2 through US Mobile, but I'm not in an elgible area. Anyone willing to order it for me I can paypal them. Otherwise I've never bought a phone off contract so I have no idea where to look for a good price. Prefer $150 or cheaper.
