HELP..question on xbox holiday bundle..

ok i was just wondering for those who bought this bundle..what kind of disc drive did you get?..

and also does anyone knoe which of the drives can read cd-r discs? i have some music i want to put on the hd but they're on cd-rs..well thanks in advance..

I would assume that the drive is Philips, and I do believe that Samsung drives can read CD-Rs... But you know what they say assuming assasinated the ant!

I would imagine that they're Samsung, and yeah, Samsung does read CD-R's. I think they all read CD-RW's, though, so you could use one CD as a 'transfer music' cd.

Or buy the music mixer for $9.99 used and transfer up to 100 songs at a time.

its kinda random what you get in a new xbox made in 2004, its either a philly or a sammy.

who said he pirated the songs. there are places that you pay a fee to legally download music the_deej. my samsung drive (i think that is what it is) wasn't working with my cd-r's.
