Help setting up 4K on my 4K tv?

It looks like I have it set up correctly but it keeps saying I’m not set up for 4K

My ps4 pro keeps telling me I am not using 4K and I could be.

Yes I am using the HDMI that came with the PRO.

How do I tell if it is finally working?  I'm playing god of war, it looks freaking amazing but am I getting the 4k?

I think you can force the PS4 into 2160 resolution also my TV displays HDR for a sec when I play something in HDR. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Well it seems to have sorted itself, I am not getting those messages anymore, god of war and spiderman look absolutely incredible so I guess I;m happy.
