Hi. I have a contract with verizon that ends this year Oct. 2012.
Im looking for a prepaid basic phone for my grandmother (not techie, just need basic phone in case) Dont really talk much and prefer cheapest prepaid/pay as you go plan. Would consider talk and text too.
For me, I was thinking of the HTC DROID Incredible 1 or 2 on a prepaid service. Im not interested on the data stuff. Just talk and text. I would like to use it for the free wifi to check email sometimes. The reason I dont want data cause to hard to track and I only use it for checking email. I dont like using it for web cause the screen is too small and perfer to use on labtop.
I look into Boost, Vigin, and PagePlus. PagePlus is $.10 talk time, but dont understand roaming charge $.30. Again, looking for cheapest prepaid plan for talk, text, and little web time.
