I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how late gamestop is open on sundays. It is currently, 4:30am, so calling really isn't an option right now. I'm trying to plan my day for tomorrow, so the sooner I find out the better.
IIRC, the hours for Gamestop on sunday are 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Thanks, that's what I was afraid of :( Just not enough hours in the day...

I'd advise against going on Sunday. That's when all the freaks go game shopping. Trust me.

Lovely.

Well, I really need to take a shot at getting a couple rpg's I saw in stock at a few locations (probably gone by now anyways). So I don't have much of a choice, I'm, already trying to cram a 3 and half hour trip into 2 and half hours. So this day should be just wonderful.

Well, I got back from a 3 hour trip to a bunch of game stores in Sacramento and here was my final haul.

Persona 2 - complete, discs weren't in the best shape, but it was only 18$
Koudelka - Mint/complete
Thousand Arms - Mint/Complete W/mint memory card stickers and promo card
Resident Evil 2 - GC

Not too bad of a haul, I was really looking for Valkyrie Profile ( a few stores claimed to have it in stock, but no luck) but I won't complain too much about persona 2 and thousand arms mint.

Not to steal your thunder or anything, but I had a pretty good weekend as well. I won't include my Best Buy haul (I took advantage of the spend $100, get $20 gift card deal, and 8 of the 2 for $20 dvds), or the used dvds that I bought, because the following are the real highlights:

Charge N' Blast (DC) -- disc and manual, missing case, $1.99, I think the place was called Digital Planet or something. Not the deal of the century, but I'd been meaning to get it just to play.

Lunar Eternal Blue Complete (PSX) -- Complete, very good condition. $24.49+tax after coupon at EB.

Intelligent Qube (PSX) -- Complete, good condition (no scratches, just some buffable scuffs). $25.89+tax after coupon at a different EB. Scorch got them to hold it for me until I could make it there this afternoon.

It is funny, I usually don't even spend $25 a piece on new current gen games.

Very good grabs with Lunar and Inteligent cube! Especially if Lunar was 100% complete. By the way, how do you buff out your game scratches? I've never tried it before.

I've never done it either, I just know it can be done.

I got okay deals today, too. What does this have to do with your topic? Nothing but I don't want to start a new thread and I just wanted to say that I got these. :)

My parents went to TRU since my mom (who's a cop) said that TRU was giving a nice discount with free stuff (if you spend enough $) and they went buy the video games section since Christmas is coming up soon and they wanted to see if they had anything I might want. They found a bin of games that I'm assuming are leftovers from the 50% off sale.

I got:
X-Men Next Dimension-$5
Terminator Dawn of Fate-$5
Deus Ex Invisible War-$7.50
Mojo!-$5
Mad Dash-$5

I like the deals that my parents picked up (they called me to see if I wanted them) so, I'm going to be nice to my parents for tomorrow. :D

If you find out how, let me know, I have a couple games that could use it.
