My cousins were a few of the lucky ones to get the Halo 2 beta disc long before the game came out. I'm not sure if it even has much purpose now, but if any collectors out there are interested I can get you one and the "manual" it came with, which was a laminated paper that had Master Cheif with an Xbox controller pointing out what each button did.

Just in case you want to know what's on the disc, it was strictly Halo 2 online and features no single player but was home to the original Live setups and stuff.
 
Do you have any pictures? I don't doubt you have it, just curious what everything looks like. Does it come in a DVD case?

No I don't, because it's my cousins, but I can describe it, the disc is simply white and it says "Halo 2 Beta Disc" with a bunch of copyright info and strict warnings about resale. But obviously it doesn't matter now that the game is out. Otherwise it didn't come in a case outside of a clear jewel case similar to those on the PlayStation 1.

No clue on pricing though, I think only a couple thousand were made.

I'd offer $20-ish without seeing it. I collect Halo stuff, but since the beta test is over I don't think it holds much value.

I can't think of any beta disc or demo disc that is sought after. But I could be wrong.
 
You'd be surprised. Collector's will pay crazy amounts for certain things. I don't know if this would have much value, but $20 seems like a fair offer.
