just wanted to get your thought on this on the hp desktop at bb for black friday it has 2 gigs of ram, 4.4 ghz procecer and 400 gigs HDD and 19" widescreen moniter for 680 and plan on getting and extra 2 gigs of ram dont kno wat grfx card it has and plan on using it it as a gaming computer so what do you guys(CAG) think. http://bfads.net/HP-Core-2-Duo-Desktop-with-19-LCD-at-Best-Buy
i have the disk that came with windows xp
P.S. does anyone know how to restore my computer to the factory settings(as to when the day i bought it) i have dell dimension 4600
 
Um first off could you link to this comp you are talking about?

Also unless you have backup discs that Dell Provided with your computer, then no you will not be able to restore it to factory settings.

Fixed. And integrated graphics? Bleh! Better get a dedicated video card along with this purchase or don't bother at all.

yea i am but its dual core so its 4.4ghz right? wat graphics card should i buy ?

no and check out the 8800gt.
 
It doesn't mean that the processor will double the speed. You're better off building your own rig. You can get 4gigs of Gskill ram for around 175, the 8800GT for 250, the Intel Dual Core E6950 for around 350, and then for the rest, and you have an insanely better computer than the one pictured here, for about 100 more. (Of course, you'll need a case, fans, motherboard, powersupply, etc.)

yeah looks like I'm gonna buy the 8800gt and buy it
