Hey, I wanna ask a bit of Advice!

I recently purchased a Kasumi figurine from a Japanese seller on Ebay. I waited a month and Got nothing, contacted them and they want to send a second figure by Air Mail, but Ebays time limit for filing a claim ends in 5 days long before the figure can arrive. So, what should I do?

I had a similar problem and i didnt file the complaint and lost my money. I guess you could file the complaint and then pull it if the product show's up. If you do that let teh seller know what is going on.

I would file a complaint personally. If the item shows up you can cancel it. They may know that the time you have to file with PP is close to expiring and are just leading you on. (who knows)

However, how did you pay by paypal? Credit, Debit, bank funds?

if you paid with a Credit/Debit you could always despute it with the card, and not PP too

How's the guy's feedback? If he has a lot of feedback and no negatives, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise, it can't hurt to file a claim and reverse it later if the figure shows.

Yes, file a claim.
If it comes then remove the claim, but don't let your window close because someone says it's en route.

I paid with Paypal and I it was a mix of Funds I had on Paypal and a Debit card.
The sellers Feedback is in the 90's, but not perfect. I guess i'll file the claim then. I'll prolly message them tell them and then file in a day or two when I have 1 or 2 days left. Thanks.
