Highest cell-phone bill ever?

I hate text messaging it's too expensive. I rather just talk to someone face to face than over a phone. So the highest bill I have had is $20.
 
$1300, cause my little sister kept calling her BF (some dumbass named little man) in prison several times a day.
 
Damn thats way too much for text messages. I think some providers give you unlimited for around $10-15 extra on your bill. Mine is $1.99 for 200 text/month. I don't use it too much but a lot cheaper than 50 cents per text.

well let's see regular $30 monthly charges and then $2 extra for roaming, it was warranted though, other than that never exceeded my regular monthly charges. I make all my calls at night ;)

My freind found out the hard way that "unlimited" doesnt really mean unlimited. Its still a set ammount, i think it was 300 or something.
He got a bill for 380, mostly text messages. I think he disputed it, but i never asked how it went.
 
my dad has a plan for $100 per month, but he's kind of stupid cause he went over the limit and ended up paying $600. I keep telling him to get a better plan, but he doesn't listen this month his bill was $400 something.
