It's more likely that they just have the devkit update with the Home SDK. Not to mention that Bioshock PS3 releases late October. The current plan for Home is to have the public beta this Fall (it was originally scheduled for this Summer). So Bioshock having Home support is perfectly reasonable

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind having a Home apartment that's a space from Rapture, pre civil war of course.
