Does anyone think this may be rare if you don't preorder for the vinyls? Kind of want it but also want to see if the second games music is worth spending that much on.

I don't think it'll be rare.

If you're interested in updates, I would suggest bookmarking the product page and following iam8bit and Devolver Digital on Twitter, just in case it goes on sale or they announce it's become limited.

Here's a preview of two tracks that Jasper Byrne produced for the game.

I personally think the game and the soundtrack will be off the hook; question is do you wanna drop that many bones on this collector's edition, right.
