how do i get pricegrabber rebates?

i have a crapload of games from the cc sale that supposedly will have pricegrabber $5 rebates, but i cant find any rebate forms on pricegrabbers site.

any information is much appreciated.

thx ratisfying. these pricegrabber rebates are money. they effectively make a $10 game at cc into a $5 game(tho i have to wait 2 months for the rebate to arrive).
