How do I make a "private buy it now" listing

I'm selling an item on eBay and this question shows up in my box:

"would you please consider selling me your game for 25.00 its all i got from mowwin lawn all summer all my freinds have it and wont let me play it"

I'm smelling scam, but this kid seems legit with over 40 feedback for a bunch of reasonably pricey games. I'm gonna just make this kid a instant payment buy-it-now auction so I'm protected. I know there's a way to make what people call a "private buy it now" listing, but eBay's listing options only have a place for me to make the bidding anonymous. What exactly is a private buy it now and how do I go about making one? Thanks CAGs.
 
There is no way to make a listing private. IMO this kid doesn't seem legit. What game are you selling? And if all he made all summer long is $25 he sucks as a lawn cutter. Back in the day I could make that well in a day.
 
What I usually do is just make a normal BIN listing with Immediate Payment Required, but put "Private Listing for USERXXX" as the item title and just have a description as "Private listing for USERXXX, if you are not USERXXX, please do not purchase this item." As long as you have the price negotiated up front, it shouldn't be a problem.
