how does best buys price match work?

ok so i've heard about people price matching on this site but can anyone explain how exactly it works. from what i understand you need an ad from another store to show the lower price and then they'll just adjust the price?

Yes. You can show them the ad at the time of purchase, or if you see an item you bought at Best Buy cheaper somewhere else within a certain number of days, you can get a price adjustment.
