How fast are sell outs on amazon black friday?

I've never shopped on amazon on black friday before. How fast do items sell out? I've heard some horror stories that items have sold out within the first minute they went on sale. Is there any truth to this? Some games I'm hoping I get a deal on are, a ps3 bundle with possibly uncharted and or god of war, infamous, rock band 3, and gran turismo 5.

Pretty damn fast, I'd imagine.

I recall last year where a lot of stuff was gone within minutes, if it lasted that long.
