Depending on how much the memory cards go for, I'd say around 200ish for system and games.

Check eBay for more accurate pricing. I know Amazon sells the Vita Borderlands 2 bundle for between 160 and 185, somewhere in that region.

Depending on if the disc games are complete or not will affect the value but I'm sure you already knew that.

Sorry I can't be of more help but I'm not sure of the value on Vita games. That's why I said check eBay for rates. That's what I use for a gauge.

Oh yeah, when you get an idea of how much you want you could make a post in the Amazon Warehouse deals thread in the video game deals section. Those guys are always looking for a deal on a Vita. Remember though this being CAG you would probably get more cash elsewhere.
