I got the 1st generation PS2 that still play fine, never got DRE ever in its life. How much will GS give me for store credit?

And do you have to include the controller, the power core, and the RCA cable so that GS give you exactly 100 bucks (that what I heard)? What if I just give them my PS2 but without the RCA cable? Also the void sticker is cutted already because I opened a sometimes ago to clean the len. Do they subtract money for the void sticker, and the lost of RCA cable?

Thanks

Have you tried calling them? I bet they do check to see if the seal has been broken or not. That might hurt you. (But I don't know for sure.)

You could call and ask about that. I'd ask at a different GS to the one you plan to bring it to, just in case a real enthusiastic employee decides to lookout for the guy with the PS2 with the cut seal.

i don't know if they will tell the price over the phone. Just like wgen you sell them your game, they will not give the until they see the disc =(

When I call my gamestop or eb to get a trade in price they always say that I have to bring it in for them to tell me. So calling them might not work. Don't know if it's all stores though.

I figured they might give the $$ for a system. Worth a shot. I can see them not wanting to do it for games, there are 1000s of different games, but there are only 3 current gen home consoles. You think they could go ahead and tell you the value of those.

Anyway, for the OP, I bet you'd get more on eBay.

I can't sell on Ebay, I tried to make a seller account, but they refuse me =(

Oh well, thanks guys. I'll guess I'll call them, and if they won't tell, I'll just keep my system.
$100 would've been more than I expected...
Me too. That's pretty generous IMO.

Yea, but I can't seem to find the original PSX cable anywhere else. I might try Ebay, but it will take like a week for it to arrive. Not to say that it cost 7 bucks for it (included shippin)
