How reliant is Play Asia on toys?

There is an anime figure I want to order through Play Asia and wondering if anyone has used them before? How soon after the release date did you get it? Do they charge a lot for shipping? Thanks in advance.

^^^Lol. That coming from someone who posted the thread below, which basically says to be careful with play-asia, and he didnt even look up all the facts of the thing he was looking at to make that thread. Shouldnt rely on his opinion with him basically stating to be careful, and wary of them 4 minutes after telling someone they are reliable.
