How should I get another Gameboy SP?

I want to get an Onyx Gameboy SP, I want a used one, but the prices are extremely high for them. Is there any way to get a new one for less than $100, or will I have to settle for a used one? Also, how should I get a used one? (I'm not interested in using an extremely obscure website, sorry.) I live in the U.S., btw.
 
If you do end up going used, I'd check Gamestop. They've got them for $40, and you can check it out before you buy, to make sure it's not scratched to hell or full of dead pixels.
