Price matching at BB, depending on who you get it from, will vary. The actual policy actual requires the store to be a certain distance away and the item has to be in stock.
However, if you get an employee that just does it for you after you tell him/her where you saw it at, that's the best result.
Otherwise, having an actual ad might help too, but they tend to hate printed ads and will sometimes call the store to verify the stock anyways.
It will totally be dependent on who helps you out, but basically just go to customer service with the game and let them know you want to price match it to TRU for $30.
