How to get coupon mailings from Best Buy?

People always post stuff like I got this 20% off coupon from Best Buy. I assumed it was for Reward Zone members... but I'm a member and don't seem to ever get their mailings.

I know you can generally print these coupons from online, but sometimes they give me problems, I'd prefer to just be able to get the original coupons somehow...
 
Go to the post office and take a change of address/moving kit (envelope) for free, it has a 10% off plastic coupon (like a thin credit card) for Best Buy inside
 
BB is strange when it comes to who gets the coupon mailings/emails, and there is no particular criteria that you can change yourself to start or stop them. Maybe they've deemed you a "devil customer" for some reason. Who knows.

I used to get them all the time when I paid for RZ and I let that account expire back when the free RZ was about to happen. Signed up for the free one at the store and have gotten zero coupons ever since.

May have to try ditching it after the next certificate arrives and start all over to see if it gets the coups going with a new account.

Tried desperately this past weekend to use one of those % OFF savings and couldn't find a damned thing to buy with their jacked up prices + tax.

Me too. My wife's a member and we get no mailings.
