how to re-enable other user signiture

Can anyone tell me how to re-enable other cag user signatures. I think i may had disable all signatures a while back due to clutterness.  anyone know how?

This link -> 'ignore' preferences while logged in. Or find it under your profile -> edit my profile -> 'ignore' preferences (left side under profile settings).
