I'm upgrading to next gen and am looking for some insight in how to effectively sell my PS3.
I have the 160 gb edition with box and two DS3's. Everything else that I have is listed below.

Is the best way to sell this on Craigslist? Also, can I sell it with the games on the hard drive and still keep myself protected? What else do I need to do to the system to protect myself? I have never had a credit card attached.

I have:
PS3 (160gb)
2 DS3's
Games God of War Saga (new)
Tomb Raider Collection
Jak and Daxter Collection
Enslaved

Games on HD
Last of Us
Bioshock Infinite
MLB The Show 13
Tiger Woods 14 Historic Collection with all DLC

Just looking for some advice. Thanks!

The best opportunity probably would have been a few weeks ago when Gamestop had the really great trade in percent on PS3's towards the purchase of a PS4.

Now I would suggest Craigslist or eBay. eBay has a wider audience but you have all the fee's on top of it so you'll probably end up with about the same as selling it on Craigslist.

If you wanna offer the download games to keep them playable on the console (probably easier and safer done with a Craigslist sale) then delete your home/credit card information and offer to change the email and password to the new owners information so that they can keep access to the games locked to that account.

Best thing to do to protect yourself especially if selling online is take a LOT of photos and videos for your personal records of the console condition, Sony warranty stickers still in tact, serial number of your console, the console turned on and working, the box it was shipped in with customer information shown, and possibly even things like the hard drive. People will try a lot of things to get a free console, hard drive, and etc.
