Anyone know anything crazy this guy has said or done? Listening to him in interviews he seems mind warpingly.......sane. I mean the guy may be running for the Republican ticket yet has made comments saying things like if scientists tell him global warming is man made then he has no choice to believe them, that it should be science over politics.

Every interview I see with this guy he seems perfectly...rational. I mean the only thing he has said so far that would make me not vote for him is his support for Paul Ryans plan..which is pretty much an instant no sale. Outside that though as I said he seems like a decent guy and someone I could respect even if he can back something is idiotic as Ryans plan.

Sounds like he's shifting away from some positions he took pre-Kenyan Islamocommunosocialist era. It's a shame. I don't really see where he'd be all that different from a John McCain 2008.

Well thats what is so surprising is that he is in Iowa and the other places that the cons usually go insane for a few months before trying to come back to the center a bit. Instead he just seems to be centrist and is saying things that could get him in hot water but clearly does not care.
