Hey CAGs. I got some extra cash and I want to get a new game but I can't decide between LBP, Killzone 2 or RE5 maybe Valkyria Chronicles. Any advice? I probably go with Killzone 2 but I am kinda spent on FPSs lately.
 
lbp because its a great game that you can use your imagination and make friends levels or just ang out! And killzone got bad ratings from a serious game reviewer (zero punctuation) Re5 is more of a survival horror game. im thinking of bying it myself. Im not sure about valkyria but if you get lbp my psn is totakk920 if you wana play :D nyway whatever you pick just have fun with it! :D

gears of world war 2?:) (not saying killzone 2 is bad)
 
Get Unreal Tournament 3. Only 10-20 bucks these days, has trophies, mod support and keyboard and mouse. If you want a shooter that shows the men from the boys, this is it. Otherwise get Valkyria Chronicles.

Doesn't Zero Punctuation give every game a bad review. I have never actually seen him praise any game.

All those games are different from each other, it's all depends on what's your playing style and what do you prefer. If you're a solo game, go for the rpg. Want an action shooter, and will co-op with a friend, RE5. FPS and online mp go for Killzone 2. LBP is fun if you can find others to play with and mess around, but solo it's kinda boring.

no they make fun of all of them but they do end up saying whether the game is good or not(ito). i recall them saying gears of war 2 was good.
 
Resistance 2 if you haven't played that. Screw the haters its single player is more fun than killzone 2 and its online co op is better than gears 2.

the only game i recall him praising was saints row II. Yea he pretty much just says what is on his mind. Makes for some funny videos and opinions though, but yea, i wouldn't really take his reviews too seriously although he does have some good points.

Oh and btw, get VC. It's a good diversion from all the shooters
 
Thanks for the advice. I was surprised by the praise for Valkyria Chronicles. I liked the demo so I think I will try that.
