I should be happy but I can't help but feel guilty everyone
Well about 3 or 4 days ago my 360 got the RROD for the second time. I called MS and a coffin was sent. I did the towel trick and got my 360 working for 2 days and it seemed fine. Well tonight I just went to my local GameStop where some really great employees were working and I traded in my RROD console. I completely lied and told them everything worked great and because they were so busy they didn't even test the system out. Basically with trading in my console, 4 PS3 games, and a $50 store credit I had previously, I walked out the door with a perfectly new 360 Pro for $100.
I guess that this is my way of confession, but I was also wondering, could I get in trouble for something like this? I mean is this a form of return fraud or anything? I feel completely sick to my stomach just thinking of some excited kid opening up my console on Xmas day only to get the RROD. Can anyone console me and has anybody else done this? Sigh...
