i got MvC2 (ps2) for 14.97 out of pocket

i went today and found a copy of marvel vs. capcom 2 complete and in good condition (light scratches on edge) for 34.99, but earily in the day i bought 21 .01 guides, and the store where i found MvC2 takes guides.

So they gave me a dollar for every guide, and i got 21 dollars credit. That means my copy only cost about 15 out of pocket.

That is a fantastic deal for a Great great game (the best 2d fighter of all time IMPO).

Cool. It's around that price used at Gamestop. I just got all the hidden characters, and once everyone's unlocked, the game's a million times more fun.

I got mine for free from gamerush where the base price was 14.99 they had a trade 3 get 1 game for 5 dollars deal so I traded in three random games I had paid five dollars a piece for got around 7 each for them and got the mvc2. IMO you got ripped off.

btw what store takes trades on guides? that's unheard of.

yes, it was rhino... and gamestop only take guides if u trade in the games.

anyway's i don't have credit card so i can't ored online, and this is the first copy my town has seen in since August.
