i have a quick question... help please

i recently ordered from amazon, and DHL said that i sighned and recieved my package, yet i was not even home. I checked with my neighbors in my building and they said that they didnt sigh for it either. Do you guys think it was stolen, and do you think amazon will give me a refund?

Since it was an apartment building, check the office.
That's what I know they do in the past.
