i order phantom brave on monday for 24.99, and i checked today and it is 19.99. the order already shipped, is there anyway except for cancelling the order that i can get it at this price?
The nearest eb next to me is 50 miles away so, i can't do a in store return.

I've heard of rare cases of calling EB customer service and asking for a refund of the difference on your credit card, and usually there was a short period of time allowed between the price drop and original order. Since it's been less than 5 days, I think you have a pretty good shot. It is a pretty reasonable request - the question is, do you want to go through the CSR hassles for a fiver and change?

I placed an order of 10 copies of Madden 2004 for $5.99 each and then the next day, I noticed that it dropped to $4.99. I emailed them and they refunded the differnce and gave them to me for $4.99 each.
maybe, i'll do it later today if i really need the five dollars..
Maybe?!?!?!? Are you a cheapass or not? You could grab Rogue Ops for $5 shipped or something else from EB. $5 is a ton of video game money around here....

Just curious... Why did you buy 10 copies of Madden 2004???

Glad that someone didn't let that slip by unnoticed.

Well, if they don't, you could always order a copy for $19.99 and just return the $24.99 copy to a EB B&M for a refund. The store near you might be out of the way, but at least you'd get it cheaper(plus a chance to see what games that store has).

i'll see if i can get the 5 dollars, well actually i only paid 20, my dad paid the 5 dollars plus shipping, so really it is HIS 5 dollars...

i will still do it though.

Maybe they bought 10 copies of Madden 2004 to give out to friends as gifts, or to sell, or collect. I personally wouldn't buy 10 copies of an old sports game, but hey, different strokes for different folks.
You can call and they'll adjust it no problem
thanks you were the 1st person to give me a clear cut answer.

EB has very good customer service and they should adjust the price with no problem. I had a problem once, and they sent me an extra game, free of charge.
