I just got all three Halo book for $20 at gamestop

That's no deal to brag about lol. Actually, I think I got each book for like $6 each when they first came out.

The order of the books you've listed is the correct order, so Fall of Reach is the 1st book.

good pickup, all 3 books were great. You didn't get much of a deal, but you will enjoy them. The worse of the 3 imo is the flood.

It might actually be worth a few pennies more just to ensure you get the complete set all in one purchase. You never know (with Gamestop's top-notch inventory system and all) whether you'll find one, two or all three of the books together at any one time.

The Fall of Reach is #1, Flood is #2, First strike is #3.

Flood is pretty much a bad retelling of the Halo game, but it does have some extra info. The other two are actually really good Sci-Fi military books.

actually, the box and the books were kinda vague when i first looked at them. no harm done.
 
I was just at a Gamestop and they had the 3-book boxed set marked at 50% off... for $10 total. While there I picked up the Pelican Universal Arcade stick for $7.50 new.
