If you thought my find for Shenmue 2 was great, wait til you hear this one.

Some of you probably know this, but Coors is having a promotion with "silver tickets" in their 30 packs of Coors and Coors Light. Each tickets has a code you enter online at their site, and if you're lucky, you may win tickets to an NFL game of your choice - any team, any date.

I don't drink, but that isn't a problem. I get the tickets from people who do drink. I also get them from one of my jobs whenever a 30 pack is used to make 6-packs. I've only gotten three of these tickets so far, including one today. As it happens though, ticket # 2 was a winner, as I received an email notifying me an afedavit of eligibility has been mailed to me to fill out and return. Once they receive it, I get a call to finalize everything and decide the game I wish to go to.

So yeah, long story short, I just got 2 free tickets to any football game I want to go to this season from a beer company whom I don't even purchase anything from.

Now I just need to decide which Patriots game I want to go to. :bouncy:

You outta go to the cincy game, I'll be there, being a non-bengals fan in this town is great, and getting under the skin of bengal fans is so easy. Congrats on the tickets.
Regular season games only I'm afraid.
They said any game but you can't pick the superbowl... rip off! lol

Will they cover things like airfare, hotel and food...or is it just the tickets?

If so, plan a vacation ;)

I just researched it and my prize specifically is lables as Third Prize:
"Winners receive two tickets to a 2006/2007 regular season NFL game that occurs after winner's verification"

and in small print:
"Transportation and lodgings not included. Does not include postseason games."

Still though, free tickets to any game I want this season is pretty damn sweet. I already know I'm going to a Pats game, just need to decide which home game.

Why not every home game? :D

I might be going to the Nov 21 home game

Congrats OP! Definately choose a game that is playoff caliber like Cincy. This ranks up there with how I won my 360 from Mountain Dew; drank probably a total of 5 MD's and ended up with over 2000 caps:)

I would take either Patriots vs Colts on November 5th or in Jacksonville to lose to the Jaguars christmas eve.

Super Bowl is one of those events that are better at home or a buddies watching on the big screen. That way you get the commercials and dont have to sit through the national anthem and lame half time shows.

I would go to Sun 11/5 against Indianapolis. That's gonna be insane.

I second Super Bowl though. I was at the Pats/Panthers Super Bowl in Houston. Pretty much the most amazing thing I ever went to. Congrats BTW.

You would know? J/w. Not an insult.

I paid to go to a baseball game earlier in the summer and I called my brother to see if he wanted to go. The jerk told me he was in another city or he'd go and he also told me he turned down free tickets from work to that same game. Turns out the Internet company he works for has season tickets to all the local teams including box seats for the Colts, and second row seats for the Pacers. I'm not much of a sports fan, but still, my own brother doesn't invite me to a game? He sucks. Heh. Actually, I'm pretty sure he can only get one ticket and he can't give it away because the seat is next to his boss, but still, he sucks.
