Not likely going to ever happen. $15 is a great deal when it comes around, and it's well worth the full $20 considering they released Planet Puzzle League at $30 msrp.

It could happen; it's $15 at Circuit City now, and sometimes games do drop further after hitting that price.

That said, I do agree that it isn't likely.
