Today at my local videogame hole in the wall, I managed to snag:

1) Excitebike NES $0.50 with dustcover
2) Dragon Warrior I NES $2.50
3) Gold Zelda NES $5.00
4) Project Gotham Racing Xbox $5.00

ALL MINT except for Zelda which has some cart wear. For a total of $13.91 though, I was satisfied!

Lol, it was my first real RPG as well... even before Zelda! I beat it too; I remember some of the characters in the distant lands. Goldman was awesome due to the amount of gold (duh!) that you got. I purchased a complete DW1 from someone here on CAG (tdphillips I believe) but it's for the collection. It's nice to have a playable copy again!

Reminds me of the time that I got Dragon Warrior, Zelda I (Gold, with a plastic case), and Dr Mario (all NES), for I think a dollar or two a piece at a garage sale.
