Uh actually no, they gave you 50 cents for each referral, and the referral count drops after your referrals don't do anything.

That doesn't count then, because the referral still has to do something. He means just by people signing up he gets money, your best bet is Points2Shop...all they have to is confirm their email\phone and you get $1.00 via PayPal...
