I need iPod help.

Okay, to make a long story short some songs on my iPod won't work. I have no idea how that happened, as I'm pretty damn sure they were normal before and they could play, but now their not playing. I posted a question up on Yahoo Answers, and someone said that the licenses on the songs are probably messed up. Is there any possible way to fix the licenses with a program, or do I have to spend countless hours fixing this problem?

...What?

If you want help, you'll have to give us a lot more information. For starters, what kind of songs are they? Were they purchased from the iTunes store? Were they bought with your account, or someone else's? Did you rip them yourself?

They were normal mp3's. I encoded them with iTunes, and they were 128 kbps. They weren't purchased from the iTunes store, but that's never not made the songs work. Some of the songs were from CD's, but they were ripped with iTunes, and made into 128 kbps mp3's. That's how I always have encoded the songs, and there's never been a problem, but now there is.
