I need manikins because they're awesome. Something like this, but without the "bulge":

Anybody know where I can buy cheap manikins like these?

May i ask for what purpose? :lol: But seriously your best chance might be a thrift store or possibly ask in a nordstroms or macys about where they get theirs or if they are switching and throwing any out.

I was installing some RG6 cable in a APT last month. Going down to the basement expecting the usual BS (junk piled to the sky) only to be scared half to death by a 6'3 mannequin with its arms reaching out towards me wearing a shirt and a bright orange trucker hat, No pants.

You need to spell it right first. I clicked on this just to see what "manikins" were. Did you try asking different department stores in the mall?
Also, find a clothing store that has them thats going out of business. They'll probably sell them to you.

That doesn't really happen to often :/

I'd rather not ask the stores, they'll just tell mewhere they buy them from, and new ones are really expensive.

I'll see what I can do.
