I specificlly asked for a factory sealed game, and got a store resealed copy

I called EB on the phone to make sure they got a factory sealed copy of Getaway and they said the have one. After I broguht a copy and went home, I found that it is a store resealed copy. Worst is that I paid with a gift voucher, hopefully I wont have a hard time returning it.
 
Do we really need to start a thread about this? Or is it that time of the month for everyone to be reminded to unload their anti EB/GS stories?

As long as the game's still wrapped, you won't have a problem returning it. You'll get store credit, since you paid with a gift voucher.
 
1. Why does it matter? Its going to play the same, right? Your going to open it, right?
2. And you didn't look at it when you bought it?
 
There is a toys-r-us closing by my house and my friend and I went. I got a copy of test drive eve of destruction and I did not notice it but when I got to the car the plastic on the outside of it was very loose and it did not have the little Microsoft sticker on the side of the case. I opened it and everything was in mint condition. If it was not I would of had a hard time trying to get them to fix the problem cause there is signs everywhere that says all sales are final. But it had to be resealed the plastic looked like it was melted instead of a nice tight folded fit.

I purchased a burger from McDonalds today and asked for no tomatoes, and those bitches put them on! I'm going to return it and bitch about it on an online forum!

Some Xbox and GameCube games come with very loose shrinkwrap on it. They do look like someone just resealed it, but infact thats the way it was when it was shipped from the distributer.

Was the hamburger factory sealed, or did the employees take it home and play with it first? ;)

The employees always play with it.
Ive actaully already contacted Mayor McCheese about this issue, and he plans on sending the FryGuys over to my house to take a report. I knew the Hamburgular broke out of jail last week, but I would have figured Sgt. Grimace and Dept. Birdie would have already tracked him down.

Will do. The FryGuys just showed up and I make a McFry report with them. Apparently, get this, Grimace is in kahoots with the HamBurgular?!?! Yeah! I'm a little razzled about the whole ordeal right now...I plan on sitting down and watching 'Supersize Me', and waiting for Deputy. Birdie to get back to me. Hopefully soon.

Ronalds been hanging out with kids alot. Playing soccer, baseball, sex, tennis, skateboarding...So we can't count on any help from him.
