The game itself qualifies as media mail. I don't know if the official guidelines allow for extra items in the box. It would be one of those things where you would just not say anything at the PO.
"Parcel mail" is the media mail equiv to ship anything, but it is slightly more expensive (it does not have the media mail requirements.) You may want to check how much parcel is. Very rarely see post offices even list parcel mail but it is an option.
Depending on the range UPS might be cheaper. On heavy shipments they are cheaper than even media mail if it's fairly close to you. If you are going cross country though it will be about equal/more. That's one of those things that you would just have to use the UPS calc it's hard to estimate without exact logistics.
Incorrect info, video games are not allowed under Media Mail
"Video games, whether on CD-ROM, diskettes, or similar software, or playable systems including computers, do not meet the standards for Media Mail. "

Not familiar with parcel post, just remember to factor in the insurance cost as you crunch the numbers.
For this item, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery will probably be the cheapest method.
