If I cancel my X360 preorder, do I still get my money back?

I only put $50 down, and they called me today saying i'm not in 1st shipment anymore. That's fine with me because my friend works at walmart and I will get it there for sure with 10%off, now if I cancel it at ebgames, do I still get my $50 back?

i know in California you are entitled to get your money back for any reservation, not sure about other states though.

No. They keep your money because they're a greedy corporation and don't feel the need to adhere to BBB practices or state law.

Game stop can give you store credit without reciept, but you need reciept to get cash back. EB policy may be the same ( though some states say that you can get $ w/o reciept.

as long as you payed with cash... if you used store credit or traded games in, they only have to give you store credit back, but you can get a refund no matter what
